Working With Danielle
What types of vacations does Royal Serene Travel plan?
Danielle plans cruises, all-inclusive vacations, rail vacations, and custom trips. The planning can include accommodations, transportation, tours and activities, pre- and post-trip stays, travel insurance and protection plans, and other details surrounding the trip.
Do I need to know exactly where I want to go before contacting Danielle?
No. You can reach out with a specific trip in mind or simply an idea of when you want to travel, who is going, and the kind of experience you are considering. Danielle can help narrow the options from there.
Do I work directly with Danielle?
Yes. Danielle is your primary point of contact from the initial planning conversation through the booking process and remains available for questions and changes related to your trip.
Does Royal Serene Travel work with travelers outside the Gulf Coast?
Yes. Royal Serene Travel is based on the Gulf Coast near New Orleans and works with travelers nationwide.
Planning & Booking
What happens after I submit a travel planning request?
Danielle reviews the information you provide, follows up as needed, and begins narrowing the options based on your trip, travel dates, preferences, and budget.
Can Danielle compare different vacation options for me?
Yes. Depending on the trip, Danielle can compare cruise lines, ships, resorts, rail routes, accommodations, room or cabin categories, itineraries, and other details that can affect the experience.
Does Danielle book flights?
Airfare is not a standard Royal Serene Travel planning service. Danielle focuses on the vacation itself and the travel arrangements that are part of the services she provides.
Can Danielle coordinate more than the main reservation?
Yes. Depending on the trip, planning can include hotels, transfers and transportation, excursions, tours and activities, pre- and post-trip stays, and other itinerary details.
Payments, Protection & Support
How are payments handled?
Payments for travel are generally processed through the travel supplier providing the reservation. Danielle coordinates the booking and payment schedule but does not hold your trip funds.
Can Danielle help with travel insurance and protection plans?
Yes. Danielle can discuss available travel insurance and protection plan options so you can review what coverage may be appropriate for your trip. t
What if I need to make a change after I book?
Contact Danielle. If she booked the reservation, she can assist with questions and work with the appropriate travel supplier when changes are needed. Supplier rules, availability, and applicable fees still apply.
When should I contact Danielle about a trip?
Earlier is usually better, especially when availability, specific accommodations, popular travel dates, or particular itineraries matter. You do not need to have every detail figured out before reaching out.
