Yes. An independent cruise advisor can look across multiple cruise lines instead of being

Do cruise travel agents have access to cruise line promotions?
Cruise advisors can book eligible cruise line promotions that are available for a particular
sailing. In some cases, there may also be applicable group rates, amenities or other
offers, but those are not available on every cruise.
The right fare depends on the specific sailing and what is available when you book.
Can a cruise advisor help me choose the right cabin and location?
Yes. Cabin selection involves more than choosing between an interior, oceanview,
balcony or suite.
Danielle can look at the available cabin locations, deck plans and what matters to you,
such as motion sensitivity, nearby public areas, convenience or how you plan to use the ship.
Who do I contact if I need to make a change after booking?
If Danielle booked your cruise, you can contact her about questions or changes involving
the reservation.
She remains your point of contact and can work with the cruise line when needed. Some
requests are still subject to the cruise line’s policies, availability and any applicable fees.
Do I pay Royal Serene Travel or the cruise line for my cruise?
Your cruise payments are made directly to the cruise line.
Danielle handles the reservation and payment arrangements, but Royal Serene Travel
does not hold your cruise fare.
When should I contact a cruise travel advisor?
Ideally, contact Danielle before you make the reservation, especially if you are still
